Market data disseminated through the Platform during trading hours is provided for informational convenience and may be subject to transmission delay. Users engaged in time-sensitive trading decisions should rely on their trading member's certified data feed rather than the Platform's public display.

Third parties wishing to hyperlink to this Platform must do so in a manner that does not misrepresent MSE's relationship with the linking site, and must not frame or embed Platform Content in a way that alters its presentation.
