Compliance Calendar

Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (MSE) has designed a compliance calendar for the convenience of Listed Companies. It focuses on time-lines and critical points for carrying out necessary compliances as per the Listing Agreement.

The Companies are obligated to make certain event based and periodic disclosures / submissions under the Listing Agreement for the information of its shareholders / Investors which demonstrates transparency / good corporate governance practices being followed by companies. The Compliance calendar is divided into two parts -

• Event Based Compliances: It includes the compliances to be carried out on the happening of certain events in the Company.
• Periodic Compliances: It includes the compliances to be carried out on periodic basis i.e. Yearly, Half Yearly and Quarterly.
